It's crazy that the Los Angeles Kings have a 2-0 series lead without ever having a lead during game action. This is a result of heroic comeback wins in regulation that then pushed them into overtime to produce sudden-death winners.
The Rangers come back home to New York trying to forget how close they were to stealing wins on the road against the heavy favorites. The Broadway Blueshirts hope that Madison Square Garden will give them the strength and support to hold onto any potential leads for good this time. Rangers' forward, Mats Zuccarello expressed his sediments on what happened in L.A. and where they are now. "We played two good games," he said Sunday after the Rangers returned to New York. "We didn't get the bounces in OT. We've got to limit our mistakes. I think we're a confident group. I think we played the best hockey. We'll have our fans, the best fans in the world, but it's two good teams. I don't know how much it's going to mean. Hopefully the fans are going to be behind us, and we'll get a good boost."

The Ranger players proved they can play with the Kings and will get one game closer to tying up the series tonight in a must win Game 3.
