The Rangers are focused on finishing the series tonight in Game 6 so they don't have to play in a Game 7 on the road.

Game 5 witnessed very poor goal tending with the Canadiens winning 7-4. The goalies on both sides hope to get that out of their system and keep the puck out of the net as frequent as it did on Tuesday night. The over/under for five total goals is close, -110 and +100 respectively.

Henrik Lundqvist will put Game 5 behind him where he was pulled after allowing four goals on 19 shots. Professional athletes need to move on and concentrate on the game at hand. His teamamte, Dan Girardi expresses those sentiments. "You have to have a short-term memory in the playoffs," the defenseman said. "The great thing about this game is we're able to come back [Thursday] and be able to right the ship and forget about everything. That's what we're going to have to do, kind of forget about that one, travel home [Wednesday] and come ready [Thursday] morning for a good skate."

The Rangers coaches decided not to practice on Wensday because they fear the players may be getting tired. They have played in 20 playoff games compared to the Habs' 17. Fresh legs and playing in front of the MSG faithful sounds like a perfect combination for a win.

New York is looking to get back to the Stanley Cup Finals for the first time in 20 years. They will play tonight as if it were an elimination game.
