Did you ever in your wildest dreams think that the Pittsburgh Steelers would have a losing record as you prepare to bet on Sunday Night Football in Cincinnati this weekend? The Steelers have been the victims of plenty of bad luck, losing tight games to Oakland and Tennessee with a blowout loss to Denver also on the docket. This Bengals team is much better than their record indicates, so it's no wonder the line is so tight.

Pittsburgh has absolutely been one of the worst bets in football this year. They're a stacked team that has been brutalized by injuries all year, and are now just 1-4 ATS this season. While they're 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a loss, they're also 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a spread loss and just 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games on the road. This is just not a good time to be banking on Big Ben and the Steel Curtain.

Pittsburgh Steelers (2-3) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (3-3)

Sunday, October 21st --- Paul Brown Stadium --- 8:20pm EST

Sunday Night Football Betting Line: Pittsburgh -1.5 (46.0)

Cincinnati is a very young team that is still finding its identity, but one thing we know for certain is that Andy Dalton and A.J. Green are going to be studs (they practically are already). When you bet on Sunday Night Football, keep this in mind because both of these guys have been looking for a breakout game. They've underperformed against Cleveland and Miami, going 0-2 SU and ATS in the past two weeks, but are still balanced offensively and are finding playmakers on defense as well. The home field advantage is a big one in this matchup.

This is one of the toughest games to gauge on the board. Pittsburgh has a ton of name value, but as we've seen in the past weeks, they're either losing, caught in tight games or getting blown out. If they let a scrappy underdog like Cincinnati stick around for four quarters, they're going to find themselves in trouble. Cincinnati is just 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 games against Pittsburgh, but they simply look like the more stable value on the board. When I bet on Sunday Night Football this weekend, I know exactly which team is a better bet to protect my hard earned cash.

Bet On Sunday Night Football – Cincinnati +1.5 (UNDER).
